How can I tell in the LMS, what books or lending library items are checked out?
The ability to see what books or other lending library items are checked out, or On Loan, is a simple report to set up. Here is the path.
Reports|General Training Reports|Course Activity
- On Course Search, choose the training format “Book”. Save this.
- On Training Search, choose Training Status “On Loan”, and you also may wish to choose “Requested”.
- Save this as a filter, called on loan, or some such.
- Run the report.
-
This should give you everything, and in addition, this should also then be accessible from the filter, from then on.
