How to Restore A User to Active Status
To restore a user who is archived, this is the path to do so:
- Go to Users | Search Archived Users
- Search for the User, by Name, Email, or other identifiers.
- Once you have the user displaying, click on the Restore Icon. (An undo arrow).
Now, this user will be able to log in, or you can Edit the User, by following the Active User path.
