I have assigned a training plan, but the user is not showing as Outstanding?

In this case, look at the conditions of the training plan, and that user’s transcript. The user may have already completed the course or satisfied the conditions of that training plan.

EXAMPLE:  You have assigned a training plan for preventing harassment training.

However, that user completed the course, last year.

In this case, you would need a training plan, that would ignore completions from the previous year.
