I can’t seem to move forward in a course. What should I do?
Many times, you will not be able to move forward in a course, because there are elements on the page you must complete, before moving forward.
- There may be sections you must click on, to move forward
- There may be assessments you need to take, before moving forward.
- There may be simulations to view before you can move forward.
- In most cases, if you find the forward button greyed out, you will need to look for something on the slide, that you will need to do, click on, or answer, so that the forward button will appear.
When I launch the course, the image takes up the whole screen
