Password Related Questions for E10

Issues with passwords can happen, of various types. Here is some information regarding this:

 

Question:  I (or my user) have forgotten their password.  How should this be reset?

Answer:  Use the “Forgot Password?” link, right below where you enter your password.  This will send out an email with a secure link, to change your password.  Click on that link, change your password, and then enter your ID and the new password you have created.

Question:  When I enter in my user ID, says it doesn’t exist.

Answer:  In this case, contact the administrator for your site, who can give you your User ID (normally email address.)

Question:  I need to reset passwords for all users.  Can this be done?

Answer:  This can be done through the normal file update process.  Please contact support@syntrio.com, for additional help.
