New York Adopts Changes to Model Policy and Model Training Documents


On April 11, 2023, the New York Department of Labor (in conjunction with the New York Department of Human Rights) adopted revisions to the New York State model training and model sexual harassment policy documents. Since the revisions were announced, Syntrio has received a number of questions regarding these changes.
