Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a BDR, you will be an essential member of the marketing and sales team, helping customers understand the value of our solutions. Key Responsibilities:

As a BDR, you will qualify inbound leads and prospect within business accounts to engage with buyers and lead discovery calls in this highly visible role, and you will leverage state-of-the-art sales and marketing technology as you build sales pipelines.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Use prospecting strategies to contact customers and prospects to identify their needs and challenges, and determine their interest in Syntrio solutions.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects.
  • Achieve target goals for qualified prospects and new opportunities.
  • Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding interest in Syntrio solutions.
  • Create a great first impression by adding value during every touchpoint.
  • Partner with marketing, sales and customer success teams to share feedback, help build sales pipelines and develop your sales skills.
  • Engage in team development and mentoring.

Desired Skills:

  • 1+ years or work experience in a sales role.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Degree in business or equivalent preferred.
